Thank you for shopping with Ember Moon Bookish. Each Ember Moon Bundle is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to create a cozy mystery experience. Please review our shipping policy below.
At this time, Ember Moon Bookish ships within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders that include optional services such as Personal Packing Videos may require 5–7 business days to process.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Each Ember Moon Bundle is carefully curated and packed, and we appreciate your patience.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a flat shipping rate or promotional offer is applied.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Standard U.S. Shipping
3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Ember Moon Bookish is not responsible for:
• packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• returned shipments due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ember Moon Bookish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To review your claim, please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• photos of the packaging if damage occurred during shipping
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Ember Moon Bookish ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Bonus or Promotional Items
Occasionally, promotional or bonus items may be included with qualifying purchases.
These items:
• are included while supplies last
• ship with your order
• are not shipped separately
• are not eligible for exchange or replacement
